These are some common symptoms of pcos which every female experience in their day to day life. Some might have heavy flow and some might no periods at all. It varies with their body and lifestyle, if anyone face these symptoms mentioned below, one should visit gynecologist and do ultrasound test of the overlies to make sure you are diagnosed or not with pcos.

Every woman has different symptoms. The below are the symptoms I am personally facing.
1. Sudden weight gain
2. Swelling on face and finger (which last for two to three days)
(this happened due to intake of tangy or sour food especially
pickles and vinegar)
3. Lack of concentration
5. Mood swings
7. Thick facial hairs, extra hairs on chest and tummy
8. Lately been facing acne from past six months
9. Irregular periods
10. Hair fall

A lot of females like me don’t really know what is PCOS and doctor doesn’t make you aware of what are you diagnosed with and how to overcome the problem what you are facing in your monthly cycle.
PCOS is Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome where there are multiple ovarian cysts in an ovary. (Ovaries surrounded with multiple tiny cyst) This leads to irregularity of periods and hormonal imbalance which again leads to major disease like type 2 diabetes, thyroid, high blood pressure, obesity and infertility, if not taken proper care. Every female body differs with its symptoms and with proper treatment one can control it.
There is no evidence of how is one diagnosed with pcos but as far as I can tell with my experience is that it might be due to the unhealthy lifestyle where I used to consume junk food everyday. There was no proper nutrient intake and no exercise.
Slowly I stopped having my monthly cycles and eventually could see the difference in my weight, I had gained five kg in few months. I didn’t really care about anything those days and that lead to symptoms of pcos which I will explain in my next post.
My husband bought a new watch for me and it’s a fitness tracker with three months coach app, so far I am loving this app and watch as it records all my steps and sleep patterns. The coach keeps a track on my food intake and regularly interacts with me. It’s like a push to be fit and I love it already. I am positive about this and sure going to show results in one month.
The best part about this app is I can update all the food intake with pictures and coach can guide me with what to eat and what not. 😉 I have even started drinking water on regular basis. I am focused to drink 3 liters of water every day so far I can go is around 1.5 or 2 liters.
It has being three days and I have already started eating junk food due to valentines day but again back to healthy diet and sure I would like start with HIIT workout as well. I will update you soon about the results in 15days.
